Boxing Training





My boxing training is not just "holding pads" although we will practice striking drills and other types of training; this program is dedicated to help you understand and develop effortless power and maximum efficiency in your striking technique, relative to the sport i.e. Boxing, Muy Thai, MMA etc.

I will show you how to use and understand your own and your opponents body position, we will cover a lot of detailed information such as:



  • Balance
  • Kinetic Chain Striking
  • Using Leverage
  • Fighting Stances (Advantages and Disadvantages)
  • Different types of strikes such as Committed, Feints, Distance Control
  • Pressure Striking (Where and How to strike the body for maximum damage)
  • Reflex Training
