Breathwork and Meditation

 Breathwork and Meditation Training

The subconscious act of breathing is seldom thought about, a natural function of the human body breathing and mindfulness of your breath will pay immense dividends on your physical and mental well-being. The good news is that you can take an active approach to breathing properly and training yourself to be aware of your breath when placed in different scenarios (stress, exercise, etc. etc.).

Coupling my breathwork courses with meditation will allow you to reduce your reaction to stress and events which cause stress throughout your day and throughout your sports performance.  Meditation is equally important in sports and athleticism especially when performing in front of crowds or audiences.  The body's natural adrenaline system inhibits your ability to focus and perform, continual breathwork and meditation will help you and your body react to these scenarios optimally.

The type of breathwork and meditation theories I follow and train are:

  • Tibetan Breathwork
  • Prana Breath
  • Mongolian Meditation
  • Buddhist Meditation
  • Nitric Oxide Flushing
  • and many others!
