WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

It is important that you know what I can and can not do for you when picking me.  This is fundamentally important and seldom covered by other individuals, as with any relationship it is important to set and understand boundaries so that we can work together to reach the goals you want and more importantly that you are satisfied with my work and your results.

Here are some key areas that are important to know before moving forward:

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

My training is focused on enhancing your strengths and providing you with the tools you will need to identify and breakthrough; I believe in a total health concept Mind - Body - Soul.  We will be working together to identify a clear path to accomplish these goals and through our sessions focus on strategies to get you where you want to be!  My guidance is part of the program, your dedication, trust and hard-work is the other.  We are in this together!

My guidance is focused and most importantly honest. In order for success it is important to understand and realize what my services will not provide you with.  This is an important concept rarely covered by other coaches.  

I am obligated to be honest and transparent, more important is that you succeed and are satisfied with our working relationship.  My services will not:

Influence you in any manner toward a decision you are responsible.

Lecture you on your decisions or lifestyle and tell you how you should live your life, we will go through an introductory screening process of your desired results; however I can only show you the door it is up to you to open it and walk through the threshold.

Medical Diagnosis, Counseling or Therapy..  I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist or medical professional.  I do not provide any of the services mentioned or provide medical advice.  It is important that you seek the advice of a medical professional if you feel that you need such assistance.
