Combining the totality of Mind- Body - Soul, I cannot stress enough how being physically active on a daily basis has a direct correlation on your mindset, stress mitigation and improving your quality of life.

No more evident than during the global pandemic as the old saying goes "Health is Wealth", my focus is on developing overall inner strength, flexibility and functional fitness.  Providing you with the information, knowledge and tools you need to implement a lifelong change.  

As with my mindset programs I am completely transparent with the goals we will set and the life (in this case body) you want to create, through positive reinforcement, information and education I will help you achieve your goals and more importantly provide you with the information to consistently meet those goals for as long as you choose.

My personal training programs are tailored for each individuals current state of health and the results that they are looking for.  I perform an intake questionnaire and take body fat and measurements with each client, provide real-data/metrics to track your progress and provide feedback and positive reinforcement to meet your goals.
